Terms of sale
Draft for review. This page states the commercial position accurately but has not been settled by a lawyer — have it reviewed before you take real payments.
1. Who you contract with
Green Spheres B.V., registered at Textielplein 76, 5046 RK Tilburg, Netherlands, KvK 93668724, VAT NL866487372B01, is the seller and merchant of record for every order placed on this site.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment clears. We may decline an order where a configuration cannot be produced, a price is clearly wrong, or delivery is not possible to the address given.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euro and resolve from the base price plus the options you select. VAT is calculated at checkout from your country and buyer type. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID registered outside the Netherlands are invoiced at 0% under the reverse-charge mechanism and are responsible for accounting for the VAT in their own return.
4. Made-to-order production
Every item is manufactured to the configuration you submit. Production starts after payment and takes approximately 2 working days. Configurations cannot be changed once production has started.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the address you supply. Damage or shortage must be reported on the day of delivery with photographs.
6. Cancellation and returns
Goods made to your specification are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. Before production starts, we will cancel and refund in full on request. Statutory rights in respect of faulty or non-conforming goods are unaffected.
7. Warranty and liability
Manufacturer warranty of 5 years on structure and finish under normal commercial use. Our liability is limited to the value of the order except where the law does not permit such a limit.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
