Buying for a company

Same configurator, same production, different paperwork. Tick the business toggle at checkout and the order is invoiced to your company.

VAT and reverse charge

At checkout, switch on “I'm buying as a business” and enter your company name and EU VAT ID. If your VAT ID is registered in an EU country other than the Netherlands, the order is invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism: 0% VAT charged, clearly labelled “reverse charge” on the order and invoice, and the VAT accounted for in your own return.

Dutch businesses and all consumers are charged Dutch VAT at the standard rate. Businesses elsewhere in the EU without a valid VAT ID are treated as consumers for VAT purposes.

Invoicing

Every order produces an invoice in your company name showing the net amount, the VAT line (or the reverse-charge label) and the order number. The order number is the reference for everything afterwards — production status, delivery, warranty.

Larger fit-outs

Ordering ten locker banks for one floor, or kitting out several sites at once, is not really a checkout problem. Email hello@work-style.eu with quantities and finishes and we will come back with a quote, a consolidated lead time and a delivery plan.

Lead time and delivery

Production is 2 working days from payment. For multi-unit orders we can hold delivery until the whole order is ready, or ship in stages as pieces come off the line — say which you prefer when you order. More detail on delivery and returns.
